Ground lean beef w/ canned mushrooms and tomatoes
1/4 cup brown rice
1/4 cup yellow watermelon
Snack - 4:00pm
1/2 toasted Western honey wheat bagel w/ PB
1 cup yellow watermelon
Dinner - 7:00pm
2 scrambled eggs w/ spinach w/ bit of ketchup in Flatout wrap
1/2 cup baked yams and sweet potato
1/2 toasted honey wheat bagel w/ PB
Snack - 10:00pm
1 rice cake w/ PB
1 boiled egg white
Note: I'm having a blah day today and hope that the rest of my week will improve. Tonight is the Biggest Loser Finale so I am happy and sad at the same time. I will have to wait all summer long for next season which will start in September. :( Watching the Biggest Loser is always so motivating. Seeing the contestants struggle but getting through those tough workouts really inspires me. I am going to have to find another source of motivation until next season.
So, in running news, I will be running another marathon on Memorial Day monday. I hope that by the time that day comes around, I will have already forgotten about my last marathon. I might run with the Clif Pace Team to help take my mind off of pacing myself but that will only mean that I have to keep up with them and they stop for no one.
