Day 104 - Saturday

Breakfast - 7:00am
1/2 cup cooked rolled oatmeal, tropical nut mix w/ PB

Morning workout - 8:00am - ICR Meet
2 miles

Snack - 10:00am
PB and banana in flatout wrap

Lunch - 3:00pm - Sam Woo
1/2 bowl of black preserved egg and pork congee
1/2 cup young chow fried rice
1 cup wor wonton soup

Dinner - 7:00pm - Banh Mi Che Cali
Some freshly baked french bread
1 coconut Larabar sample

Snack - 9:00pm
1 serving of che

Note: The congee from Sam Woo really messed me up. I don't think I am going to go there anymore for a long while.
