1 small fruit cup
1 cup of coffee w/ sugar
Snack - 2:00pm
Cheeries and 1 piece of french toast
1 cup of popcorn
Dinner - 4:30pm - Macaroni Grill
Create your own pasta - bowtie pasta w/ artichoke, mushroom, spinach, and shrimp in spicy tomato sauce
Note: Day before the big race. What I eat today will determine my fuel supply for tomorrow. Nerves!!!
