Day 92 - Monday


Breakfast - 9:30am
1/2 cup rolled oatmeal w/ wheatberries, nut mix and PB
2 boiled egg whites
1/4 cup yellow watermelon

Midday workout - 12:00pm
Weights - shoulders and tris
Cardio - stair climber - 20 mins

Lunch - 2:30pm
Boca burger patty on toasted honey wheat bagel
1 cup yellow watermelon

Snack - 4:00pm

Rice cake w/ PB
1 cup yellow watermelon

Dinner - 7:00pm
Ground lean beef w/ diced tomatoes, canned mushrooms wrapped in Flatout
1/2 cup OJ

Snack - 9:00pm
2 cups of popcorn
1 cup mango and frozen berries - sorbet/smoothie
1/3 bowl of wonton noodle soup from Costco
