1/2 toasted honey wheat bagel w/ PB
1 bottle of gatorade
1 Accel gel
Long Run - 9:00am - Huntington Beach
10 miles
Lunch - 12:00pm
1/2 cup cooked rolled oatmeal w/ wheatberries, nut mix and PB
2 boiled egg white
Snack - 4:00pm - Ren Faire
Chicken leg
1 mango sorbet
Dinner - 6:00pm - Green Papaya
Various food
Snack - 9:00pm
1 mango w/ Tajin
1/4 PB roll
Note: Today is day 90 since I've started trying to eat cleaner. Many ups and downs along the way but mostly happy with eating clean and will continue to do so to the best of my abilities as the benefits are wonderful. Ten more days until day 100. I don't know why I continue to count since the habit has already set in. I guess mainly to get to day 365 and see where I am at that point. I would like to eat more whole foods and less packaged things. This is a goal I will have to work on some more.
