1/2 cup cooked oatmeal w/ wheatberries, tropical trail mix and PB
2 boiled egg whites
1/4 cup of mixed fruit (watermelon, strawberries, pineapple, honeydew)
Midday workout - 12:00pm
Back and biceps
Cardio - indoor bike for 10 mins
Lunch - 2:30pm
Tuna pasta salad from yesterday (I made a hugh batch of this so it will be making many appearances in the next few days)
1 cup mixed fruit
Snack - 4:00pm
Tropical nut mix
Dinner - 7:00pm - Corner Bakery
1 turkey, tomato and avocado sandwich on harvest wheat bread
1 cup of chili
Morning brushing: done
Night brushing: done
