Midday workout - 12:00pm - drink protein shake during working out
Misc things in the gym
Lunch - 2:30pm
Chicken w/ sauteed spinach, black beans, green beans and brown rice.

hahaha I thought about posting up a fake junk food collage except I was going to use my own photos of foods I ate before clean eating. what is that, ice cream with eggs?
