To respond to your comments since I've been out of the clean eating blog loop the past few days:
- It makes me really happy that Melanie didn't mind that I was there/would like me to come back. I totally want to come visit again! The buffet at the M was really awesome, too :)
- I did like those sopes a lot but I think that since they're fried and have so much topping on it they're best eaten fresh. I ate two at the time and by the time I got to the second one I noticed that it was getting soggy already. That was a really great place we stumbled on though!
- Maybe you can order that Beard Papa thing without the inside pumped in it. Even the outside on it's own is excellent. I'm sure the crust has dairy too, but at least it's less
- I'm free the first and fourth week in May and then after that not until the summer. But by then I'll be free as a bird! It's so fun visiting you!
