Breakfast - 9:30am - Side Street Cafe
2 pieces of french toast
1 cup of mixed fruit
1 side of breakfast potatoes
2 cups of coffee w/ Splenda
Snack - 2:00pm
2 pineapple spears w/ chili powder
Snack - 4:00pm
1/2 large orange
1 cup lite popcorn
Snack - 6:00pm
2 Ak Mak crackers w/ PB
Dinner - 8:00pm
Dinner - 8:00pm
1 large bowl of pho tai
Note: I was not feeling well today so I worked from home which is why the eating pattern is different. I was also not very hungry which is why the food combinations are not that great. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
