Day 9


Breakfast - 8:30am
1/2 cup cooked rolled oatmeal w/ golden raisins, toasted walnuts, blueberries and bananas
1 boiled egg white

Snack - 11:00am
1 small steamed yam

Workout - 12:00pm
Easy run 4 miles

Lunch - 1:30pm
Chicken sandwich on sandwich thins
1/2 small steamed yam
1 boiled egg white
1 cup of french vanilla coffee

Snack - 4:30pm
1 small orange
1 boiled egg white
1/2 small yam

Dinner - 7:00pm
Lean ground beef, bell pepper, chinese broccoli and mushroom sauce w/ penne
1 piece of dried mango
7 pita chips

Snack - 8:00pm - Yogurtland

Very small serving of yogurt and some toppings


Note: Looks like I have something in the works for an April race. I will talk more about it when it is more definite. I ran an easy 4 miles on the treadmill today at lunch. I went to the chiro this morning to get adjusted and my back feels 100% better than before. I may have a very long run this weekend so need to prepare for that if that happens.
