Day 4


Breakfast - 8:30am
1/2 cup cooked rolled oatmeal w/ golden raisins, toasted walnuts, blueberries and PB.

Snack - 11:00am
1 boiled egg white

Lunch -12:00pm
Veggie and noodle stir fry w/ seseme soy sauce
4 one inch pieces of brownies
1 fortune cookie and some pistashio nuts

Snack - 3:00pm
1 cup of french vanilla coffee
5 mini biscotis
1 medium orange

Diner - 7:00pm - Quan Hop!
1 bowl of bun rieu
3/4 loaf of french bread from Banh Mi Che Cali
