1/2 cup cooked rolled oatmeal w/ toasted walnuts, golden raisins, 1 large banana and 1/8 chopped apple
Lunch - 12:30pm
5 pieces of egg battered taro cake
Rice porridge w/ shrimp balls
Snack - 3:00pm - Van's Bakery
1 cup rau ma
1 french roll
some casava - not from Van's
Dinner - 7:00pm - LPH
Various food that I ate too much of :(
Note: Today is a rest day. :)
