Day 129 - Wednesday

Breakfast - 7:30am
1 toasted cranberry bagel from Bruegger's

Lunch - 1:00pm
1/2 cup cooked rolled oatmeal w/wheatberries, tropical nut mix and PB
1 cup cherries

Snack - 4:00pm
1 cup cherries

Dinner - 7:00pm
Shoyu ramen w/ ong choy
1 cup fresh lychees

Snack - 9:00pm
few bites of steak

Note: Last night, I was not feeling well and did not eat dinner. I've had no appetite lately due to the lost of my taste buds. I am honestly and sincerely sick of being ill. I feel weak and out of it most of the time while at work and have no energy to workout since I am on medication. When I don't take medication, I am hacking up a storm. I am so over this cough! Since this log is based on what I eat everyday, it has been lagging since I've not been eating very much. Hopefully it will go back to normal soon.

no dinner?? oh no! I hope you're getting a lot of sleep at night... a 3-week illness is pretty unusual =/
