Breakfast - 7:30am - Bruegger's Bagel
1 toasted blueberry bagel

Run Meet - 8:00am
6 mile run

Lunch - 12:00pm
1/2 cup cooked rolled oatmeal w/ wheatberries, tropical nut mix and PB
handful of cherries

Snack - 3:00pm
Handful of cherries

Dinner - 6:00pm
