1/2 cup cooked rolled oatmeal w/ wheatberries, tropical nut mix and PB
Lunch - 1:30pm
Protein smoothie (protein powder, strawberries and bananas w/ ice)
Snack - 4:00pm
Workout - Run Meet - 6:30pm
Run 6 miles
Note: I am back on antibiotics again since the first round apparently didn't get rid of it. I am starting to feel better again. Last couple of days have been bad since I finished the last round of antibiotics but was still feeling awful. I am going to my run meet today and see how things go. I am still not my normal self so I have been running horrible but those coaches push me hard so I feel so obligated to run fast...bleh.
