1/2 cup cooked rolled oatmeal w/ wheatberries, tropical nut mix and PB
1/2 cup honeydew
Midday workout - 12:00pm
Upper body weights
Lunch - 2:30pm
Turkey sandwich on wheat bread w/ mayo, tomato and a bit of egg salad.
1/2 cup honeydew
Snack - 4:00pm
1/2 cup honeydew
1 rice cake w/ PB
Snack - 7:00pm
1 PB & J sandwich
Dinner - 8:00pm
1 hamburger w/ ketchup
1 marshmellow cupcake (yum)
Note: I have my group run meet tonight. I haven't gone since the first meet up. Hope they don't throw me out. Also went to the gym for the first time since my illness and I felt so weak. I was using 7 lb weights and could only do 10 pushups...what's up with that.
