Breakfast - Bruegger's
1/2 toasted cranberry bagel

Run Club - 8:00am
Run 8 miles

Snack - 10:30am
Other 1/2 of bagel and 1 bottle of Gatorade

Lunch - 1:30pm
1/2 large cup of respado (shaved ice) w/ chamoy, mango and tamerindo
Sliced fresh mangos w/ chamoy and chili powder

Snack - 3:00pm
Bowl of Bun rieu oc

Dinner - 7:00pm
Rice and accompliments
Coconut water
