Midday workout - 12:00pm
Cardio - run 6 miles
Lunch - 2:30pm
Turkey sandwich on honey wheat/bran bread w/ tomato, egg salad and mayo
1 apricot
Snack - 4:00pm
1 cup cherries
1 nectarine
Dinner - 7:00pm - Fukada
Sansei udon, 1 salmon skin roll, small green salad

Dried pineapple slices and 1 cup popcorn
Note: I am starting to feel better. Less coughing last night and overall. Throat is feeling better but still itchy coughing from time to time. Running has been difficult for me since I feel weak from being inactive for 2 weeks. It is weird feeling this way because before I got sick, I was always feeling strong and healthy. I hope I don't get sick again.
