Brown rice w/ sauteed ong choy and ma po tofu
1 plum
Snack - 4:00pm
1.5 cups honeydew
handful of tropical nut mix
Dinner - 7:00pm
Shoyu ramen (make at home kind from the freezer section), w/ ong choy, 1 sliced up boiled egg and some imitation crab meat
2 kiwi and 1 plum fruit salad w/ Tajin
4 lychees
Snack - 9:00pm
1 mexican candy on a stick
