2 boiled egg whites w/ lite soy sauce
1/4 fruit
Midday workout - 12:00pm
Shoulders and tris
Cardio - indoor bike - 30 mins
Lunch - 2:30pm
Snack - 4:00pm
Dinner - 7:00pm

I didn't know that you lost your blog-writing along with your voice. Hope that you were feeling mostly good today and just decided to do something more fun than blogging.
