Midday workout - 12:00pm
Weights - arms and legs
Snack - 1:30pm
Sliced honeydew and pineapple
Lunch - 2:30pm
Brown rice with cauliflower and shrimp from mom
Snack - 4:00pm
1 sample size coconut Larabar
1 apple
Dinner - 7:00pm - Pho Today
Steak and tendon pho (this was the smallest serving of pho I have ever been served and it was tasteless. I will never come here again.)
Snack - 9:00pm
2 grilled drumsticks and a biscuit from KFC since my dinner was so small
