1 toasted cranberry bagel
Snack - 11:30am
1 sample size coconut Larabar
Lunch - 1:30pm
1/2 cup cooked rolled oatmeal w/ wheatberries, tropical nut mix and PB
1 cup minestrone soup
Workout
3.5 miles of bad running and walking
Snack - 5:00pm
1 apricot & 1 Larabar coconut sample
Couple slices of dried pineapple
1/2 piece of Ak Mak cracker w/ PB
Dinner - 8:00pm - Olive Garden
Salad and breadsticks (2)
Spagetti and meat sauce
Note: I think this week I am back to normal. I've been eating really badly. It definitely has not been clean. I am going to do better this week but it is going to take me time to get back to clean eating fully. I don't think I was eating that clean even when I was suppose to but every little bit helps.

are those ak mak crackers good or more on the healthy tasting (bland) side? I see them at trader joe's but get put off by the packaging
I'm sure your workouts will get back to what they used to be before you know it. I'm planning on starting again, but lazy. I've noticed that I no longer have muscles that I used to have when I worked out with my weakachu weights; oh no!
