1 cup of OJ
Lunch - 1:00pm
3/4 belgian waffle
Snack - 3:00pm
1/2 belgian waffle
Dinner - 5:00pm
1 grilled hotdog on a sesame bun w/ ketchup, mustard and baked beans
Snack - 8:00pm
1/2 cup green grapes
Note: Needless to say that my diet today was just awful! It's like I'm on the Belgian waffle diet. :(
