Day 170 - Tuesday

Breakfast - 9:30am
1/2 cup cooked rolled oatmeal w/ wheatberries, tropical nut mix and PB

Midday workout - 12:00pm
Weights - upper and lower combo

Lunch -2:00pm
Seafood paella w/ cous cous
1/2 serving of protein blast smoothie from yesterday's dinner (Juice It Up)

Snack - 5:00pm
Raisin bread from JJ Bakery
1 small peach

Run Meet - 6:30pm
Run 6.5 miles

Dinner - 9:00pm
Salad
1 cup OJ/Smartwater mix
