Breakfast - 10:30am
1/2 cup cooked rolled oatmeal w/ wheatberries, tropical nut mix and PB
1/2 cup honeydew
Midday workout - 11:30am
Swim - 45 mins
Lunch - 1:30pm
Brown rice w/ broccoli and shrimp and some BBQ beef
1/2 cup honeydew
Snack - 4:00pm
1 plum and bit of tropical nut mix
Run Meet - 6:30pm
Run 7 miles (had a sample size Clif bar)
Dinner - 9:00pm
1 cup OJ
Brown rice w/ BBQ beef, broccoli and shrimp stir fry from mom
1/4 cup of honeydew
Note: The thing that I learned today is that I need to eat a good snack before going to run practice. I was really hungry after my run today. Also, need to bring long sleeve shirt to put on after run before it gets chilly there.
