Lunch - 1:00pm
Large "mama" ramen noodles
5 Pop Pan crackers
Snack - 3:00pm
1 toasted cranerry bagel
1/2 cup Gatorade
Dinner - 7:00pm - Pomodoro
Bolognese rigatoni
Arnold Palmer
Note: I might be taking another rest day today. I don't want to get any worse. Not sure why I am all stuffed up. Home sick today which is why I am eating badly..muhahaha.
