Down and Out

I haven't been running very much this week. Reason being, I injured my right foot this week during a routine run. I probably strained something around the peroneal region of my foot. It hurts when I put weight on it. This sucks! I know it has only been a few days but I cannot tell you how much I already miss running. Maybe this is a sign from the running gods that I should hang up my sneakers. For now I am taking it nice and easy and RICE-ing the area.

As you might know, I've had this a couple of times before, and it usually goes away pretty quickly... so no worries yet!
