Week of 3/14: RACE WEEK!!!
Monday: 4 miles and 100 sit-ups
Tuesday: 4.5 miles - fast and hilly
Wednesday: Bikram
Thursday: 30 mins on Stairmill at level 10
Friday: Rest Day!
Saturday: Rest Day!
Sunday: Race Day!!! 26.2 miles!

Monday: 5.5 miles and 70 sit-ups
Tuesday: 4.74 miles and 130 sit-ups
Wednesday: BW Exercises and 100 sit-ups
Thursday: 4.75 miles and 100 situps/50 knee push-ups
Friday: 4.5 miles and 100 sit-ups
Saturday: 10 miles
