Just A Post to Keep You Busy While I Am Out Doing My Long Run

So I got this free Pizookie coupon in my Socal Half Marathon goodie bag from my race last Saturday. I will be putting this to good use. Oh yes I will!

I have this jar of candy sitting in my office to test my will power. So far so good. I've had none. I have will of steel! I wish I had abs of steel instead.

I never realized how delicious a Golden Delicious really is.

After my run yesterday, I had a craving for salt and I had this. Worth it.
