Here are some stuff I found fascinating this week on the web.
1) WebMD Food and Fitness Planner - this is a neat tool to help you figure out many calories to eat and how much to burn off to achieve your weekly/monthly/yearly weight goals.
2) Spairz - I found this fasinating! A spare pair of underwear that you can stash in your gym bag. Just think, you never have to go commando unwillingly again should you forget to pack your undies to the gym.
3) When I look at this photo, it makes me want to don a toga or travel. Not necessarily in that order or even go to this place (Beirut, Lebanon). I just like this photo!

Do you have an iPhone? If you do check out LoseIt. An app much like the WebMD thing that runs on an iPhone. No excuses for not tracking calories any more!
