Tea Map and Boscia

I know this blog is mainly suppose to be about tea and tea parties but since my first post, I have not posted anything about teas. So this post is a "tea" post. I actually found this really cool site that list all the tea stores in your area with reviews. I think it's great, shows you where all the top rated tea places are and the reviews are really helpful in determining which tea place to spend your money at because frankly high tea isn't all that cheap...that would explain the "high" part.

Secondly, I would like to talk to Boscia's blotting linens. I think they are great. I think in most photos, I have a shiny forehead to say the least. I don't know why I don't just whip one of these out and take care of the shine. Maybe laziness, maybe carelessness, but I recently started using these again and I loved them. My sister got some for me for Christmas a while back and I use them on and off, mostly for fun to see how much oil I can soak up. Actually, they are great, and I have been way less shiny. I have the one in lavender. They also come in plain, green tea, rose and the one pictured is their new orange one. I hear it smell great.

BRCM Picnic

I hope it was fun for those of you who came. Sure it was no day at the beach but it was not too shabby. Until our next outing...here are some photos.

...and a hot plate...I mean gym bag! Hahaha...

HB to First Cheese

He would rather get cash than any gift you could ever spend hours looking for. He likes to have his birthday meal among chaos....because nothing thrills him like a good deal. He would rather have a not so good cake than to have you drive 10 extra minutes to get a really good one. If you sit through a dinner without a comment from him, it must mean that he is out of town. But we still love him. This post is dedicated to the one we call First Cheese. And we wouldn't have it any other way...well, maybe less grumpy! :)

Stress and Tomatoes

http://www.gaiaherbs.com/product.php?id=66

I was at Wholefoods this past weekend and got some samples of the above herb for stress. I have taken the two pills provided and don't know if I feel any different. But I haven't died from them so I guess that is good.

I would like to also take this time to say how much I love heirloom tomatoes. I think they are visually appealing and they taste out of this world. I have lots of issues with regular tomotoes because I find them tasteless. I love tomatoes and would eat just about any but these are at the top of the tomato food chain.

Running Shoes and Purses

Check out this pair of running shoes that I've been eyeing. I currently have a pair of Brooks Adrenaline but was thinking of getting a new pair and I am tore between the upgraded Adrenaline and the Trance. Still many months until the big run so I have time to think this over. So preetty!

Trance™ 7 (42211)

Nothing is spared in the Trance™ 7. It’s a captivating combination of Brooks’ best technologies, most luxurious materials, and stepped-up styling. The incredible cushioning of our full-length MoGo midsole and smooth stability of the PDRB® (Progressive Diagonal Roll Bar) only hint at its wealth of features. I've also been lusting after these two things. Hey a person can dream! :D

Strawberry Yogurt

Yoplait Strawberry Yogurt is so yummy that I am dedicating this post to it. I've had one two days in a row now. Here is a link to a yummy looking cake using this yogurt.
